After meeting with an Internal Revenue Service appeal agent in St. Louis Wednesday, city officials learned the IRS will take no action on the $3.2 million delinquent payroll taxes until March 2012.

Mrs. Mattie Estelle Stark, 88, of Gosnell, passed from this life Monday, Nov. 14, 2011, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville.

Mrs. Margie "Turkey" Daniel, 76, of Blytheville, died Monday, Nov. 14, 2011, at her home.

Mr. Greg Cassidy, 63, of the Huffman Community, passed from this life, Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2011, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.

Mr. Mozell Buckner, 59, of Blytheville, died Thursday, Nov. 10, 2011, at South Mississippi County Regional Medical Center.
