30-year-old Terrence Dawson was shot and killed Saturday morning after Blytheville Police officers responded to a 911 call regarding a hostage situation.

Investigations into the officer-related shooting that occurred early Saturday morning on South First Street are being conducted on the local and state levels, but little information about the officer involved or the incident is being released.
