North East Arkansas Transit (NEAT) recently announced that it has been selected as a recipient of the Mississippi county Giving Tree grant. The funds for the grant are made possible in part by the Mississippi County Community Foundation, an affiliate office of the Arkansas Community Foundation Inc.
