Joe Allen Easley

It is with heavy hearts, the family of Joe Allen Easley announces his passing on March 20, 2024, at the age of 84, at Flo & Phi Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. Born Sept. 4, 1939, to Jessie and Sally Easley in Burdette, Joe dedicated 47 years of service as a manufacturing manager at American Greetings Corp in Osceola, from which he retired. Joe’s life was marked by his enduring kindness and the love he shared with those around him.

Left to honor Joe’s legacy are his son, Donald Hudson of Keiser; daughters, Vicky Easley with Michelle Eggers of Memphis, Tenn., and Tina Easley-Terry of Jonesboro; sister, Patricia Collums, also of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Kevin Terry, Douglas Scott, Mary Wingate and Joseph Hudson; along with 11 cherished great-grandchildren.

He was welcomed into the afterlife by his beloved wife, Diane Easley; his parents; five brothers; and one sister.

Relatives, friends and acquaintances are invited to a memorial service at 2 p.m. March 26, at Wilson Funeral Home located at 1323 West Keiser Ave, Osceola. The compassionate staff of Wilson Funeral Home are overseeing the final arrangements.

The Easley family extends their gratitude to those who share in their sorrow. May Joe’s memory be ever revered and may he find peace in the arms of the angels.
