Irma Lee Green

Irma Lee Green, 73, of Gosnell, passed away Feb. 26, 2024, at Arkansas Continued Care Hospital in Jonesboro. She was born Aug. 31, 1950, in Blytheville, to the late James “Jim” Davis and Amanda (Kincaid) Davis. Irma was a dedicated employee who retired from Blueprinting at Milwaukee Tool in Blytheville. Her hard work and commitment left a lasting impact on those around her.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Ruby Pauline Lloyd; her father, James “Jim” Davis; her mother, Amanda Davis; her brothers, Jimmy Davis and Cleman Davis; and her sisters, Carolyn Hamilton and Emma Lou Cook.

Irma is survived by her loving husband, Larry Green Jr.; son, Larry Lavelle Green of Gosnell; daughter, Melinda (Mark) Key of Gosnell; brother, Willis Davis of Des Moines, Iowa; sister, Shirley Boone of Des Moines, Iowa; nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

The visitation and services will be held Friday, March 1, at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville. Visitation will take place from 12-1 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m. Brother Gary Andrews will be officiating the service. Irma will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery in Blytheville.
