Arthur Fredell Pugh, Jr.

Arthur Fredell Pugh, Jr., 51, of Arlington, Texas, formerly of Osceola, passed away Dec. 31, 2023 in Dallas, Texas. He was born Sept. 24, 1972, in Osceola to Arthur Fredell and Vickie Marie Pugh, Sr. He was an over the road truck driver, a member of the charitable motorcycle club High Rollers and Set of Three’s. He was a member of Gospel Temple Baptist Church in Luxora and joined a gospel music group named “Vision” where he played the keyboard. Arthur was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Pugh, Sr. and Vickie Pugh.

He is survived by one daughter, Robin Joynell Pugh of Carrollton, Texas; two brothers, Corey (JaCo) Pugh, Sr. of Arlington, Texas, and Rodrick Pugh of Jonesboro; two sisters, Angela Chambers of Osceola and Camara (Michael) Williams of Grenada, Miss.

Visitation will be Saturday, Jan. 13, from 9-10 a.m. with the funeral at 10 a.m. at Tabernacle MB Church in Osceola. Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Rev. M.L. Smith officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge of all arrangements.
