Corina Walters

Corina Walters, 84, of Osceola, passed away Dec. 19, 2023, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. She was a factory worker and a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses. Ms. Walters was born Nov. 9, 1939, in Joiner to Arthur and Katherine Buchanan Lockhart. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Sal Walters; two sons, Eldon Lockhart and Terry Cox; two daughters, Carlene Montgomery and Linda Lockhart; five brothers Charles Lockhart, Larry Lockhart, Floyd Lockhart, Elgin Lockhart and James Lockhart; and one sister, Debra Lockhart.

She is survived by two sons, Julian Lockhart and Maurice Crawley of Phoenix, Ariz.; two daughters, Curssandra Lockhart of Dallas, Texas, and Carolyn Cook of Apopka, Fla.; four sisters, Genora Hernandez of Memphis, Tenn., Gerri Kuykendoll of Dallas, Texas, Darrean Lockhart of Phoenix, Ariz., and Mary Louella Reavis of Atlanta, Ga.; 16 grandchildren, a host of great- and great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, Dec. 23, from 10-11 a.m. with the service at 11 a.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses in Osceola. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge of the services and the cremation services.
