Candice Lynn Wortham-Jorn

Candice Lynn Wortham-Jorn, 44, of Monette, passed from this life Monday, Sept. 25, 2023, at her home. Born in Osceola and raised in Manila, she was a 1998 graduate of Manila High School and was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially her children and grandchildren. Before becoming ill, she loved to cook, listen to music, spend time on the lake, shop, do arts and crafts, decorate her home for the holidays and watch St. Louis Cardinals baseball and Arkansas Razorbacks basketball and football.

Survivors include her husband of eight years, A.J. Jorn of the home; five sons, Ty Orris (Elizabeth), of Blytheville, Bradley Chamberlain and Devon Chamberlain, both of Arbyrd, Mo., Ashton Jorn and Zaidyn Jorn, both of the home; beloved parents, Mark and Melodie Matayabas and Ricky Wortham; one brother, Mark Wortham of Little Rock. She also leaves three grandchildren, Brentley Orris, Kacen Orris and Cohen Orris. The family would like to acknowledge and give special thanks to Candi's aunt and uncle, Jackie and Danny McCormick, and Candi's sister-in-law, Beth Tipton, and her husband, Larry Tipton.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila. Burial will follow in the Manila Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Online guest register is at www.howardfuneralservice.com.
