Christopher Aldridge Sr.

Christopher Aldridge Sr. was born April 27, 1973 in Osceola, to Nathaniel Aldridge Sr. and Shirley Aldridge. He departed this life Sept. 7, 2023, in Newport at the age of 50.

He leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Shirley Aldridge; two daughters, Chrishunda Aldridge and Armanda Aldridge; three sons, Christopher Aldridge Jr., Stephon Aldridge and Nathaniel Aldridge, all of Blytheville; seven sisters, Kathy Hayes of Gosnell, Barbara Aldridge of Phoenix, Ariz., Ruby Matthews of Colorado Springs, Colo., Rosie Aldridge of Milwaukee, Wis., Beatrice Reed, Teresa Aldridge and Charlotte Aldridge, all of Blytheville; five brothers, Johnnie Aldridge of Sikeston, Mo., Ronny Aldridge, Jimmy Aldridge, Sylvester Aldridge and Timothy Aldridge, all of Blytheville; 19 grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Saturday, Sept. 23, from 11-11:55 a.m. at New Mt. Olive M.B. Church. Funeral service will follow at noon. Interment will be at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Blytheville.
