Frankie Lee Williams was born April 20, 1949, in Armorel to Francis Price and Frank Johnson. Frankie Departed this life Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at the age of 74. She was preceded in death by her parents; her grandmother, Viola McCoy; two sons, Charles Steven Williams Jr. and lsaac Andrew Williams; two brothers, Edward Charles Price and Thomas Eldon Price. Frankie confessed a hope in Christ under the leadership of Bishop Roscoe Robinson at Jeremiah Spiritual Temple and later, on Aug. 16, 2017 at New lmmanuel Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Reverend Burton Furlow.

Frankie was fun-loving. She would tell you something she thought was funny and would laugh so hard. You would not be laughing at what was supposed to be funny, but at how she was telling the story and laughing trying to tell you. She had a great love for her children and siblings. She worked in factories and other jobs to support her children and would give them her last dime. She was a great cook and when she was working in the factories, co-workers would request her to cook food for them and they would pay her. Her health declined over the years, but her spirit didn’t. She was still fun-loving, caring and supportive up until her death.

Frankie leaves to cherish her memories her son Cornelius Andre Williams of Phoenix, Ariz.; daughter, Shulanda Nicole (Ulandus) Williams-Hill of Jonesboro; 15 grandchildren, David (Genuwine) Chacon, of Pasco, Wash., Jaron Williams and lsaiah Williams of Minnesota, Tyverion Hill, Brayton Hill, lsaac Williams Jr., Cornelius Williams and Charles Williams Jr. all of Jonesboro, Je’Caryeous Holmes- Williams, Andre Holmes-Williams and Tyshun Carter of Blytheville, Jaliya White of Kalamazoo, Mich., Jalecia Williams of Duncanville, Texas, and Kamariya Williams of Little Rock; three brothers, John Charles McCullough of Tulsa, Okla., Charles Edward Price and Wilbert Lee Price of Blytheville; six sisters, Evelyn Woods and Carolyn (Reginald) Stewart of Blytheville, Linda (Charles) Hoskins of Danville, lll., Mary White of Lansing, Mich., Clara (Les) Pulliam of Atlanta, Ga., and Dorothy (Nicholas) Crum of Summerville, S.C.; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
