Betty Jean Bruce

Betty Jean Bruce, 68, of West Memphis, passed away July 1, 2023, in West Memphis. She was born July 28, 1954, in Parkin to Henry Seany and Cora Lee Anderson Bruce. She was a retired factory worker, a member of El Shaddai Ministry House of Restoration in Marion, licensed Missionary through Apostolic Deliverance Temple of Jesus Christ in Memphis, Tenn., and a member of Powerhouse Tuesday night Prayer Line. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Cora Lee Bruce; three brothers, Johnny Bruce, Donald Bruce and Normon L. Bruce.

She is survived by two sons, Christopher C. (Shonta) Bruce of Magnolia, Del., and Lance R. (Christine) Bruce of North Little Rock; one daughter, Cassandra (Joseph) Adams of West Memphis; four brothers, Henry Bruce of Memphis, Tenn., Floyd Johnson, Jimmy Bruce and Tommy Bruce of Osceola; five sisters, Lula Patterson, Sarah Liddell and Mary Burrage of Osceola, Cora Bruce and Sheila Bruce of Memphis, Tenn.; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 15, from 12-2 p.m. with the funeral at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette with apostle Patrick Moody officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola will be in charge of the services.
