Shirley Bernice Shine

Shirley Bernice Shine, 69, was united in the arms of the Lord on Monday, June 26, 2023, at Insight (Mercy) Hospital in Chicago, Ill. She was a proud graduate of Blytheville School System and Philander Smith College in Little Rock. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Ashley Shine, Sr. and Theresa (Gordon) Shine; brothers, Douglas Shine, Willie Shine, Archie Shine and Robert Townsend.

She leaves to cherish her memories a daughter, Tracey Shine of Little Rock; two granddaughters, LaQuashia Brooks (Sean) and Karmy Smith, and six siblings.
