Ruby Earl Robertson

Ruby Earl Robertson, 86, of Osceola, passed away June 2, 2023, at Regional One Health in Memphis, Tenn. She was born July 11, 1936, in Union County, Miss., to Dewey and Velma Hill Foreman. She retired from Walmart (working in the shoe and card departments) and was of the Baptist faith. Ms. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Roy Robertson; two daughters, Pamela Robertson and Beatrice Robertson; four brothers, James Foreman, Preston Foreman, Marvin Foreman and Spud Foreman; four sisters, Coy Griffin, Elaine Mustin, Dessie McDonald and Carrie Smithey.

She is survived by four sons, Jerry (Judy) Robertson of Fillmore, N.Y., Clayton (Brenda) Robertson and Lawrence Robertson of Osceola, and Tim (Melody) Robertson of Idabel, Okla.; one daughter, Tammie Chewning of Kingston, Okla.; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 7, from 12-2 p.m. with the funeral at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Bro. Randy Jumper officiating. Burial will be at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola will be in charge of the services.
