Bills Signed: HCR 1003, HCR 1004, HB 1051

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.— On Monday, Jan. 16, 2023, the Governor signed into law:

HCR 1003, for a joint session of the House of Representatives and the Senate at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 10, to declare election results, to administer the oath of office, and to hear an address by the Governor.

HCR 1004, providing that the House of Representatives and the Senate of the 94th General Assembly may recess on Thursday, Jan. 12, and reconvene on Tuesday, Jan. 17.

HB 1051, which makes appropriation for expenses of the Judicial branch, the Auditor of the State, Arkansas Senate and Arkansas House of Representatives for Fiscal Year 2024.
