Larry D. Reddick

Larry D. Reddick was born Sept. 16, 1958, to Edgar Aaron Reddick and Maple Walker in Mt. Dora, Fla. He departed this life Aug. 6, 2022, at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Larry was an Army veteran and worked for Big River Steel.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Lee Reddick of Blytheville; six daughters, Latina Reddick of Gosnell, Lataya Reddick McKinzie of Alcoa, Tenn., Alea Reddick of Jonesboro, Vernessa Johnson of Fort Worth, Texas, Latoria Jackson and Alexis Thomas, both of Blytheville; three sons, Melvin Douglas Jr. of El Paso, Texas, Vernal Gillespie Jr. of Blytheville and Courtney Johnson of Jonesboro; one sister, Charlene Reddick Dunn of Blytheville; four brothers, Aaron Truman Dunn of Desoto, Mo., Alonzo Walker of Lexington, Ky., Sammie L. Reddick of Kennett, Mo., and Aaron Jeffrey Reddick of Los Angeles, Calif. He also leaves a host of grandchildren and other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held Saturday, Aug. 13, from 2-2:55 p.m. at St. Paul M.B. Church Arkansas. Funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. Interment will be at Gethsemane Cemetery, Blytheville.
