Justin Leo Jewell

Justin Leo Jewell, 41, of Gosnell, passed away at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mo., on March 2, 2022. He was born Sept. 15, 1980, in Memphis, Tenn., to Larry and Debra McNeel Jewell. Justin was an avid Christian. He loved to live life to the fullest. He either went big or went home and always had a plan for every situation. Mostly he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his loving wife, Lauren Smith of the home; two daughters, Bailey Jewell of Springfield, Mo., and Ally Jewell of Armorel; one brother, Jeremy Jewell; and a host of other family and friends.

Justin was preceded in death by his parents, Larry and Debra McNeel Jewell; and one son, Jacob Leo Simmons Jewell.

A funeral service was held Thursday, March 10, at 5 p.m. at Souls Harbor Trinity Pentecostal Holiness Church in Manila (202 Concord Avenue) with George Brewer officiating. The family received visitors at the church from 3:30 p.m. until service time, under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
