Leon Brothers, 94, of Blytheville, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2021, at his home.

Born to John and Blanche Adams Brothers, Leon was a retired farmer and attended North Tenth Street Baptist Church. He served his country with honor in the United States Army. His entire life was centered around his farm. He loved to talk about the farm and would ride in his little red truck to check out the farm every single day.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Aileen Campbell Brothers, and their son, Michael Leon Brothers.

Leon is survived by his wife, Joyce Gee Brothers of the home; granddaughters, Traci Brothers McDoniel and her husband Colin of Memphis and Amy Brothers Riston of Blytheville; and great-grandchildren, Kiefer Brothers and Danni Lynn Riston.

Funeral services will be private. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, Aug. 12, from 5-7 p.m. at Cobb Funeral Home. Burial will also be private.
