Patricia Joan Sorrells

Patricia Joan Sorrells of Blytheville was born in Lansing, Mich., on Oct. 15, 1969, to the late Raymond Sorrells and the late Arlene Smith Sorrells. She was a paraprofessional at Cole Academy and a member of Christ Family Christian Church in Blytheville. Ms. Sorrells passed away Feb. 22, 2021, at her home in Blytheville at the age of 51.

She is survived by two god sons, Chaz Smith of Houston, Texas, and Fred Wright, Jr. of Blytheville; three god daughters, Danielle Crenshaw of Lansing, Mich., LaQuila Wright of Blytheville and Aubrey Razor of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; one brother, Raymond Sorrells Griffin (Donyea) of Lansing, Mich.; four sisters, Gwendolyn Sorrells of Jonesboro, Iris Allen (Derrick) of Gentry, Krista Sorrells Bailey (Nick) of Ft. Worth, Texas, and Roshanda Ruffin of Detroit, Mich.; and one god sister, Toya Wright (Fred) of Blytheville.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Christ Family Christian Church in Blytheville, with Pastor Fred Wright officiating. Services are provided by Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville.
