Helen Whistle Osborne

Helen Whistle Osborne, 93, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Blytheville, peacefully passed away on Friday, Oct. 16, 2020, at South Breeze Assisted Living in Memphis.

Helen was born in Dell to W. A. and Stella Crawford Whistle. She was a devoted sister, wife and loving mother to her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. MJ Osborne, MD; son, James M. Osborne; and brother, Clyde L. Whistle.

Helen is survived by three daughters, Kay O. Walsh of Hot Springs, Rebecca Rogers of Memphis, Tenn., and Elizabeth “Beth” Green of Memphis, Tenn.; one sister, Margaret W. Morris of Clearwater, Fla.; four grandchildren, Stacey W. Faulkner (Adam) of Little Rock, Katey Walsh (Thor Mahar) of Fayetteville, Ashley Green (Clanton Blaylock) of Memphis, Tenn., and Wesley Green (Sarah Schnell) of Memphis, Tenn.; and two great-grandchildren, Kate and Meg Faulkner of Little Rock.
