Bobby Pearson

Bobby Pearson, 85, of Osceola, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2020. He was born Jan. 2, 1935, in Lake Providence, La., to Coy and Edith Pearson. He retired from Case Implement Company as a service mechanic, enjoyed fishing, playing cards, playing pool, working in his yard and was of the Pentecostal faith.

He is survived by his sons, Steve (Becky) Pearson and Ricky (Tara) Pearson; daughter, Tammy (Jimmy) McCanless; grandchildren, Brad Pearson, Dwight Griffin, Tamatha (Terry) Dudley, Chelsea (Dustin) Teeter, Ricky (Amanda) Pearson Jr., Brandy Fry, Paul (Courtney) Jackson, Bobby Pearson, Madison Brandon and Megan Beatty; 17 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Bill, Larry, Perry and Roy; sisters, Juanita and Peggy.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Bobby Randell Pearson; grandson, Donavon Pearson; brothers, Truman, Charles, Tommy Dee and Freddy; sisters, Betty and Bonnie; the mother of his children, Betty Pearson and second wife Becky Pearson.

Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, at Roller-Swift Funeral Home. Funeral service was 11 a.m. Aug. 28, at Roller-Swift Funeral Home.
