Frances V. Crump

Frances V. Crump, 82, of Harrisburg passed away Saturday, Aug. 9, 2020, at Woodbriar Nursing Home. She was born Aug. 3, 1938, in Gilmore to the late Everet and Dora (Duncan) Crump. Frances worked for Salant & Salant and Levi Strauss. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Harrisburg and she loved watching baseball. Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Everet and Dora; brother, John Crump; and half-brother, Eugene Dawson.

Left to cherish her memory is her brother, Walter Crump, and sisters, Betty Pinkston and Velma Jean Woodbeck.

Visitation will be held prior to services at the graveside from 10-11 a.m. Aug. 13, at Marked Tree Cemetery. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. with Brother Tim Hale officiating. Burial will follow.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Wayne Pinkston, Justin Crump, Clayton Crump, Trent Crump, Tyler Crump and Brandon Pinkston.
