Donna Denise Boyd

Donna Denise Boyd of Blytheville was born Jan. 16, 1965, in Blytheville to Loisstine Jefferson Donaldson and the late Jefferson Donaldson. She was homemaker and a member of New ST. Luke M.B. Church in Blytheville and was the former president of the Praise Team. Mrs. Boyd passed away on June 28, 2020, in Richmond, Texas, at the age of 55. She was preceded in death by her father, Jefferson Donaldson, and her son, Lafayette Fox.

She is survived by her mother, Loisstine Jefferson Donaldson of Blytheville; 11 sons, Dominique Boyd of Blytheville, James Elbert of Flint, Mich., Christian Elbert of Blytheville, Spencer Holiday of Flint, Mich., Ronald Shields of Atlanta, Ga., Duke Madden of Springfield, Ill., Antonio Swartz of Atlanta, Ga., Clarence Ford of Flint, Mich., Rodney Shepherd of Texarkana, Ark., Ollie Moore of Columbus, Ohio, and Taron Brown of Little Rock; six brothers, Carlos Donaldson of Muskegon, Mich., Robert Donaldson and Dequavies Donaldson, both of Blytheville, Lodrice Donaldson of Flint, Mich., Harvey (Sylvia) Jefferson of Blytheville, and Antonio Lavern Tucker, of Fla.; two sisters, Murleane Tucker and Marleane Tucker, both of Atlanta, Ga.; and 17 grandchildren.

The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 5, at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville with the burial following at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Blytheville. Pastor Donald Jenkins officiated. Services were provided by Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville.
