Walter Louis Collins

Mr. Walter Louis Collins, 73, of Gosnell, died Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011. Born in Blytheville to the late Walter Marion and Farry Warkin Collins, he was a retired civil service employee and was of the Baptist faith. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy.

Mr. Collins leaves his children, Gary Collins and his wife, Mary, of Jonesboro, Teresa Shelton and her husband, Jim, of Paragould, and Kristi Fielder and her husband, Jesse, of Brunswick, G.; and

Five grandchildren, Savannah Shelton, Shelby Shelton, Cade Collins, Camryn Collins and River Fielder.

Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Park with the Rev. Charles Lewis officiating. There will be no visitation. Condolences may be emailed to cobbfuneralhome@sbcglobal.net
