Betty Jean Atchley

Mrs. Betty Jean Atchley, 78, entered into rest Sunday, March 27, 2011. She was born Feb. 25, 1933, in Island 35, Reverie, Tenn., to Willie and Lizzie Byford Godsey.

She was preceded in death by her husband Toney Atchley Jr.; one daughter, Alice Tillman; her parents; and two sisters and two brothers.

She leaves four sons, Jimmy Atchley, Toney Atchley III, Sam Atchley and Bobby Atchley;

One daughter, Deb Austin;

One son-in-law, Joe Tillman of Blytheville;

One brother, Raymond Ed Godsey; and

Sixteen grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Roller-Swift Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Roller-Swift Chapel with Bro. Todd Vinson officiating. Burial will follow at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens. Visit our online guestbook @www.rollerfuneralhomes.co
