LEPANTO -- Gosnell Pirate fans got a glimpse of the 2013 Pirate football team Tuesday night. The Pirates traveled to Lepanto to take on the East Poinsett County Warriors in the AAA benefit game. The Warriors won the game, 20-14, in only three periods of play but the Pirates gave their fans reason to believe that good things may come as the regular season approaches... -

Gosnell 11-year-old found dead near Big Lake

An 11-year-old Gosnell girl who was reported missing Tuesday night was found dead this morning (Wednesday) by the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department and the Blytheville Emergency Squad.
