Martha “Miss Martha” Cole

Martha “Miss Martha” Cole, 77, of Blytheville, passed away Friday, Feb. 9, 2024 in Jonesboro.

Martha was a retired LPN, working 28 years at Great River Hospital. Miss Martha was a faithful member of Ruddle Road Church of God. She attended church when her health allowed her. She also loved to attend the neighborhood Bible studies. Miss Martha loved to travel, especially her trip to Europe and the Holy Land. In her spare time, you would find her reading or playing on her iPad. When the weather permitted, she loved to fish.

Miss Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Maggie Hulsey Mosley.

Miss Martha is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Harold Cole; one brother-in-law, Tony Cole of Blytheville; special friends, Betty and Don Todd of Blytheville, and Bart White of Blytheville; and her service dog, Jake.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, at Cobb Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Pankey and Rev. Gary Hyde officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time.
