Jacqueline Larrine Shuburte

Jacqueline Larrine Shuburte, 69, of Gilmore, passed away Feb. 12, 2024. She was born Dec. 18, 1954, in Lepanto. Jaqueline was a beloved sister, cherished aunt and a dear friend to many.

She is survived by her husband, Larry Shuburte, of the home; three brothers, David Price and Jimmy Price, both of Lepanto, and Jeff Price of Deckerville. She is also survived by her six sisters, Mary (Lamar) Oakes of Denwood, Pheneliphia (Rickey) Goldman of Stuttgart, Annette (David) Goldman of Burdette, Cheryl Norris of Payneway, Miriam Carlton of Dyess and Renee (Mitchell) Wilson of Oppelo.

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her father, Carl Price; mother, Elese (Johnson) Price; and sisters, Carolyn Tucker and Felita Oakes.

Jacqueline enjoyed many hobbies, including painting, gardening and spending time with her family. She found joy in expressing herself through art and nurturing her garden. Jacqueline’s warm presence and kind-hearted nature will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, Feb. 13, from 6-8 p.m. at the First Pentecostal Church in Lepanto. The funeral service will take place Wednesday, Feb. 14, at 2 p.m., also at the First Pentecostal Church. Bro. John Neely and Bro. Bill Harris will be officiating the service. Interment will follow at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.
