Billy Ray Moore Jr.

Billy Ray Moore Jr., 52, of Osceola, passed away Dec. 20, 2023, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. He held a Bachelors in Manufacturing Engineering, he was a former plant engineer at Viskase and a member of Faith Chapel in Osceola. Billy was born Aug. 13, 1971, in Osceola to Billy and Betty Jones Moore.

He is survived by his parents, Billy and Betty Moore of Osceola; one son, Nickolas Moore of Osceola; one daughter, Bailee (Alec) Hinklin of Manila; three grandchildren, Nevaeh Moore, Ainsley Hinklin and Riley Moore; a host of other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, Dec. 23, from 12-2 p.m. with the funeral at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola. Wilson Funeral home in Osceol is in charge of the arrangements.
