James “Q-B-Lee” Rayburn Ellis Jr.

James “Q-B-Lee” Rayburn Ellis Jr., 66, formerly from Blytheville, departed from this world Saturday, Nov., 11, 2023. He passed away in Heber Springs in his home with his beloved cat, Maggie Mae.

James was born in Osceola to Rayburn and Shirley Ann Ellis. He was a supervisor for Terra Chemical.

In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth “Pee-Wee” Ellis.

James is survived by his siblings, Danny Sutton, Dora Reyes, Sam Ellis and John McDaniel; nieces and nephews, Matthew, Rachel, Joshua, Jacob, Samantha, and Kristen.

Funeral services were held 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 17, in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scott Sutton officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cobbfuneralhome.com.
