Gregory Lynn Watson

Gregory Lynn Watson, 62, of Blytheville, went to rest with the Lord Monday, Nov. 13, 2023, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Gregory was born in Blytheville to Bobby and Jerrie Watson and was a lifelong resident of Blytheville. He was a retired crane operator at Ryerson Steel. Greg was a Cowboys and St. Louis Cardinals fan. Gregory was a devoted father to his two daughters whom he cherished. He loved spending Sunday afternoons with his daughter Sarah and he was really proud of his daughter Ashley, who is in the Navy on the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Abe Lincoln in San Diego. Gregory loved collecting old football cards, older cereal boxes and Dogpatch collectibles. He was the best brother anyone could ask for to his brothers Jeff and Stan. His best friend was Charles Moody who he enjoyed spending time with. Gregory had the best childhood with his old buddies on Tennessee Street. Greg was extremely close with his parents. He spent a lot of time helping his dad run Watson Variety Store in Gosnell. Since the passing of his dad, Greg lived with his mom and acted as her caregiver when needed, loving every minute of it.
