Fronia “Juanita” Hall

Fronia “Juanita” Hall, 84, of Manila, passed from this life Friday, June 30, 2023, at her home. Born in Walnut Ridge and raised in Etowah, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Beulah Wright Hiser. Juanita was a machine operator at Brown Shoe Company and had been a member of Etowah Baptist Church. She enjoyed tending to her flowers, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Ann Hall,;a brother, L.W. Hiser; and three sisters, Christine Moore, Maudiebell Hutchison and Mary Worsham.

Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Jesse David Hall of the home; one son, David Allen Hall (Shing); one daughter, Bonnie Boling (Eric); five brothers, Charles Hiser, Ray Hiser, Harold Hiser, David Hiser and Mike Hiser; three sisters, Lavada Hodges, Lorie Hiser and Sue Hiser. Juanita also leaves five grandchildren, Megan, Jessica, Sonny, Brandie and Dustin; and eight great-grandchildren, Ivy, Ellie, Blakely, Caroline, Brylee, Brayden, Tristen, Kaylen and Dax.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 5, at Etowah Baptist Church with Pastor Danny Helms officiating. Serving as active pallbearers will be Tyler Booth, Dustin Terry, Tony Hall, Gerald Williams, Jordan Doss and Eric Boling. Burial will follow in the Manila Cemetery.
