Dana Lee Lipford Allen

Dana Lee Lipford Allen of Gosnell passed away June 26, 2023, at the age of 55. She was born in Kennett, Mo., on Aug. 19, 1967, to Donna and Donald Lipford. Dana lived in Anaheim, Calif., in her earlier life where she had her beautiful children. Later she moved to Blytheville.

Dana was a member of Pathway Church of God. Last Sunday she attended church, the day before her passing, where pastor Danny Rigney prayed with her as she was blessed and making things right with the Lord. Dana spent a wonderful time that afternoon with her mother, as they shared together and asked for forgiveness for anything that may have been hurtful and loving one another. As Dana goes out the door she turned and said “ Mom, I love you!” God knows how to comfort us even before sorrow comes.

Dana was preceded in death by her grandparents, Elvie and Jennie McDaniel; one stepbrother, Donald Leon Lipford; several aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Donna and Reverend Charles Allen of Blytheville; her biological father, Donald Lipford of Springdale; one son, Daniel (Shannon) Allen of Blytheville; three daughters Katie Lipford of California, Jennifer Allen and Danetta Allen, both of Blytheville; eight grandchildren, Aiden Cannon Allen, Ace Corbin Allen, Israel Lee, Izabella and Lilly Oliares, Kolt William Raspberry, Liam Mason Allen, and Hyland Scott Watkins; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service will be held Friday, June 30, at 11 a.m. at Pathway Church of God in Blytheville with pastor Danny Rigney officiating.

Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville is in charge of arrangements.
