Carrie Lee Betts

Carrie Lee Betts, 79, of Blytheville, died Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at home in Blytheville. Born March 3, 1944, she was a retired housekeeper for the local hospital and a member of North Side Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Odell Brown Sr. and Lillie Mae Brown; four brothers, Odell Brown Jr., Harvey Brown, James Brown and Robert T. Brown; two sisters, Ernestine Jefferson and Rosie Johnson; two daughters, Robin Bobo and Paula Turner.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Lee Betts; two sons, Tony [Gail] Betts of Blytheville and Charles [Yolanda] Betts of Frisco, Texas; three daughters, Pamela Betts and Judy Bennett, both of Blytheville, and Katrina Betts of Oklahoma City, Okla.; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held June 24, from 1-2 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 2 p.m. at the North Side Church of Christ in Blytheville.
