Sandra Sue Healey Davis

Sandra Sue Healey Davis, 65, of Manila, passed from this life Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at St. Elizabeth’s Place in Jonesboro. Born in Monette, she was the daughter of the late Monroe and Elsie Edmundson Healey and was a 1976 graduate of Leachville High School. She had lived several years in Maryland and was a court clerk in Fort Worth, Texas, before returning to this area and making Manila her home in 2018. She enjoyed sewing, reading and bringing joy to others with her baking. Sandra was a Christian and loved The Lord.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Larry Davis; daughter Hope Chipman of Walnut Ridge; three grandchildren, Myshe’ Jones, Leedon Jones, and Austin Jones; brother, LaRue Healey of Leachville; three sisters, Lavenda Hood of Leachville, Karen Chipman of Manila and Paula George of Dennis, Miss.

The family will have a private graveside service in Leachville Cemetery. Burial will be under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Leachville.
