Roberta Louise Snyder

Roberta Louise Snyder, 88, of Lake City, formerly of Blytheville, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2023. She was born on Jan. 4, 1935, in Crawford, Neb., to Harold and Mary Virginia Williamson. She was of the Baptist faith.

Her hobbies included painting, crafts, crossword puzzles, planting a garden and singing. Her family says she was also a good cook. She was a registered nurse, so nurturing came naturally to her. She served as an RN at Chickasawba Hospital, Randall County AF Base, working with government migrant children, and the health department.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Cathy Snyder, of Jonesboro; her best friend, Sandra Harlan, of Sherwood; and a host of other friends and family that will miss her dearly.

There will be a visitation at Carney Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 21, at 11 a.m. A graveside service will be held in Dogwood Cemetery immediately following. Condolences may be offered at carneyfuneralhome.com.
