Peggy Sue (Glover) Clark of Oklahoma City, Okla., formerly of Manila, very peacefully took her last earthly breath and first heavenly breath surrounded by her daughters and grandchildren on Thursday evening, March 9, 2023. She was born Aug. 17, 1949, in Blytheville to the late Colice and Vera Pearl (Bready) Glover.

In 1967, she graduated from Durand High School in Durand, Ill., and went on to graduate from Cotton Boll Technical Institute. Peggy was a licensed practical nurse for the length of her working life and furthermost enjoyed helping all patients, friends and family she encountered. She thrived being near family and was so proud of the family her and her late husband, Lynn, had built. Peggy will always be remembered as a joyful, family-oriented woman who loved her family vigorously and prayed for them daily. She always pointed her family back to Jesus. Peggy loved camping at Lake Charles with her husband, daughters and grandchildren for many years and often recalled the time and memories spent there. She enjoyed classic country and western music; among her all-time favorites were George Strait and Elvis Presley. She was such a proud and dedicated wife, mom, Granny, Gran-Gran, and aunt and was so proud of her growing family.
