William Edward "Pete" Wilson

William Edward "Pete" Wilson, 68, of Wilson, passed away Feb. 17, 2023, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. He was a truck driver and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Wilson was born May 20, 1954, in Blytheville to William Thomas and Mary Ada Grimes Wilson. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, William Russell Wilson; three brothers, Gregory Don Wilson, Ricky Lee Wilson and Eugene Davis; two sisters, Vanessa Gayle Wilson and Ester Spencer.

He is survived by his wife, Dollie Wilson of Wilson; one son, Robert Nicholas Wilson of Wilson; two brothers, Ellis Davis and Earl Davis of Michigan; four grandchildren, Dakota Nicholas Wilson of Wilson, William Chandler Wilson of Florida, Madison Anderson and Gavin Anderson of Caraway; and one great- grandchild, Lance Russell of Florida.

Visitation will be Thursday, Feb. 23, from 9:30-11 a.m. with the funeral at 11 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola with Bro. Paul Huenefeld officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
