Janet Michelle Johnson

Janet Michelle Johnson, 65, of Osceola passed away Feb. 2, 2023, at her home in Osceola. She was a van attendant for Dawson Employment, a member of Tabernacle MB Church in Osceola and choir member. Ms. Johnson was born March 12, 1957, in Driver to Marshall T. and Norma Worthington Beecham. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Michael G. Beecham; and one grandchild, Genea S. McMillian.

She is survived by one son, Steven M. Johnson of Cape Girardeau, Mo.; one daughter, Jeana Allen-Morris (Kevin, Sr.) of Osceola; three bonus daughters, Paula Allen Mitchell of Osceola, Sherida L. Allen of Chesterton, Ind., and Johnetta L. James of Benton Harbor, Mich.; four brothers, Steve E. Lewis, Sr. (Leslie) of Blytheville, Chester Tyler, Jr., Henry Tyler and Ervin Tyler of Osceola; nine sisters, Paula Cleggett of Silver Springs, Md., Maxine Manning (George) of Kansas City, Kan., Addie Tyler, Dorothy Norris, Shirley Jones and Alice Arnold (Edward) of Osceola, Martha Jones of Inver Grove Heights, Minn., Patsy Weeks (Leroy) of Gosnell and Mary Jackson (Joe) of Blytheville; eight grandchildren; Aaron D. McMillian, Kahola McMillian, Kevion Johnson, Keyonce N. Morris, Zmaria J. Morris, Kevin D. Morris, Jr., Keiran O. Morris and Zaden K. Morris.

Visitation will be Saturday, Feb. 11, from 12-2 p.m. with the funeral at 2 p.m. at Tabernacle MB Church in Osceola. Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Rev. M.L. Smith officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge of arrangements.
