Wayne E. Miller

Wayne E. Miller, 74, of Blytheville, passed away Monday, Nov. 28, 2022, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville.

Wayne was born in Piqua, Ohio, to Elton Miller and Thelma Detrick. He served his country with honor in the United States Air Force where he retired as master sergeant. Wayne was also retired from the local Walmart. He was an experienced pilot and loved flying. Wayne also spent his time building and flying model airplanes. He enjoyed working on his trucks, but his favorite past time was spending time with his great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Vana DeSilva Miller of the home; children, Kevin Miller of Sweetwater, Miss., Terry Haller of Bermuda, and Eric Haller of Blytheville; grandchildren, Courtney Michael, Shania Haller, Brittany Haller, Melanie Haller, Kaylee Miller, Chloe Byrd, and Logan Murphy; great-grandchildren, Eden Michael, Wyatt Michael, Holden Michael, Izzy Haller and Amour Haller; and sister, Kathy Miller of Nashville, Tenn.

Memorial services were held Friday, Dec. 2, at 2:30 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Mike Welch officiating. The family received friends from 1:30 p.m. until service time at Cobb Funeral Home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cobbfuneralhome.com.
