Earvin Thomas

Earvin Thomas, 65, of East Cleveland, Ohio, passed away Oct. 19, 2022, at University Hospital in East Cleveland. He was a caseworker for the State of Ohio and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Thomas was born Aug. 2, 1957, in Osceola to Elzie Combs, Jr. and Colliel Thomas. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Marvin Chuckie Robinson; and one granddaughter, Erica Thomas.

He is survived by two sons, Sterling Thomas of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Eric (LaKasha) Thomas of Peoria, Ill.; one stepdaughter, Syreeta Gibson of Memphis, Tenn.; seven brothers, Steven Robinson and Bart Robinson of Osceola, Stancy Robinson of Jonesboro, Mark Daniel of Little Rock, Freddie Thomas of Cleveland, Ohio, Vince Robinson of Kuwait and Mallory Robinson of Germany; three sisters, Martha Thomas Williams and Yolanda Stringer of Osceola and Christine Brown of Memphis, Tenn.; five grandchildren, Michael Trent, Alonza Gibson, Collier Thomas, Ky'elle Thomas and Emoni Thomas.

Visitation will be Saturday, Oct. 29, from 9-10 a.m. with the funeral at 10 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Pastor M.L. Smith officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola will be in charge of arrangements.
