Eddie Jermone Starks Sr.

Eddie Jermone Starks Sr. was born Nov. 17, 1980, to Eddie Lee Starks Sr. and Frankie Mae Starks in Blytheville. He departed this life Aug. 8, 2022, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville at the age of 41.

He was a graduate of the Class of 1999 and a member of Mt. Moriah Church.

Eddie leaves to cherish his memories his devoted wife, Betty A. Starks of the home; one daughter, Destiny A. Starks; two sons, Nerquaydrain Cunningham and Eddie Jermone Starks Jr.; his parents, Eddie Lee Starks Sr. and Frankie Mae Starks; his mother-in-law, Lessie B. Hatcher, all of Blytheville; three brothers, Kendall E. Starks of Kansas City, Kan., Eddie Lee Starks Jr. (Candis) of Gosnell and Eddrick Starks (Lakesha) of North Little Rock; one sister, Tanisha Laws of Clarksdale, Miss.; one grandchild, Greyla Rome Cunningham of Blytheville; his grandfather, Henry Starks of Missouri ; his grandmother, Beatrice Merryweather of Blytheville; and a host of sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, aunt, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held Friday, Aug. 19, from 5-7 p.m., at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home & Cremation 634 W. Main Street, Blytheville. Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 20, at New Immanuel M.B. Church. Interment will be at Gethsemane Cemetery in Blytheville.
