Freddy Eugene Adams

Freddy Eugene Adams, 71, of Manila, passed away at his home Aug. 14, 2022. He was the pastor at Etowah Pentecostal Church of God in Etowah. Mr. Adams was born Nov. 15, 1950, in West Ridge to Demps and Edna Reeds Adams. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Freddy Eugene Adams, Jr.; and one brother, Benny Adams.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Adams of Manila; two sons, Jonathan (Katherine) Adams and Randy (Rebekah) Roberson of Fairfield Bay; three daughters, Regina Adams of Ash Flat, Sherry Roberson of Blytheville and Polly (Joe) Wheeler of Dyess; one brother, Benjamin McCaslin of Heber Springs; 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Aug. 17, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. with the funeral at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Garden Point Cemetery in Etowah with Bro Gary Andrews officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola will be in charge of arrangements.
