Judy Kay Wilson, 73 of Manila, widow of Thomas Wilson, passed from this life Thursday, July 28, 2022, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born in Little Rock, she was the daughter of the late Frank T. and Myrtle Wadkins Davidson and was raised in Arkansas. She had lived in Ridgecrest, Calif., and Cabool, Mo., before making her home in Manila in 1994. Judy had been employed by the former EIS/Federal-Mogul Brake Mfg. and Farmers Market in Manila. She was a longtime member of Westside Baptist Church and enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting and baking cookies for everyone. Judy was especially fond of her "fur babies." In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Nathaniel Davidson; five sisters, Paula Brock, Nola Quinn, Linda Chestnut, Ethel Ingram and Lyvonne Butler.

Survivors include one son, Galen Davidson and his wife Alisha of Manila; one stepdaughter, Tammy "Talyn" Harding of Kihei, Hawaii; two brothers, Barry Davidson of Jacksonville and Shelby Davidson of Caseyville, Ill. She also leaves six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were 3 p.m. Monday, Aug. 1, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. Jeff Dial and Rev. Eddie Hawkins officiating. Burial followed in the Manila Cemetery. Pallbearers included Mark Quinn, Eddie Quinn, Kasen Hayes, Keegan Hayes, Shayne Tomblin and David Shumate. Honorary pallbearers were Crandle Quinn and Keith Hayes.
