Patricia Ann Handy

Patricia Ann Handy, 75, of Trumann passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. She was born Jan. 27, 1947, in Gadsden, Ala., to Thomas and Ollie (Daniel) Carr. She worked 25 years as a nurse technician at St. Bernards Hospital until retiring. She was of the Baptist belief. She loved crocheting and flower gardening.

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 56 years, Jimmy Handy; a son, Rodney E. Lee; two sisters and one brother.

Survivors include her daughter, Kimberley Ann (Anthony) Cossey of Trumann; son, Thomas William (Angie) Handy of Bono; three grandchildren, Jacob (Beth) Handy, Sarah (Beau) Williams and Justin Handy; one great-grandchild, Levi Handy; a brother, Terry (Rita) Carr; and a sister, Marlene (Ronald) Bishop.

Graveside services were this past Monday at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Randall Perkey officiating.

Arrangements were under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
