Anthony Laverne McDay

Anthony Laverne McDay, 62, of Osceola died May 30, 2021, at his home. He was a handyman and of the Pentecostal faith. Mr. McDay was born Oct. 5, 1958, in Osceola to Turner and Gladys Poston McDay. He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandchild, Mykel McDay.

He is survived by one son, Anthony McDay II of Elizabeth, Ill.; two daughters, Nicole (Derrick) McDay Campbell of Luxora and Michele (Jessie) Wamble of Fayetteville; three brothers, James McDay of Toledo, Ohio, Patrick England of Osceola and Glenn McDay of Blytheville; three sisters, Lowsting Gallegos of Questa, N.M., Mary Collins of Osceola and Vera Talley of Luxora; eight grandchildren and two great- grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Monday, June 7, at 2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge.
