Linda Cheryl Taylor

Linda Cheryl Taylor, 72, of Osceola, formerly of Leachville, passed from this life Friday, June 22, 2018, at the Osceola Therapy and Living Center in Osceola. Born in Leachville she was the daughter of the late Homer C. and Lula McGlawn Taylor and was a 1963 graduate of Leachville High School. After graduating high school she attended beauty college in Paragould and worked as a licensed cosmetologist before starting her career with American Greetings in Osceola. She worked there 40 plus years and the last several years was in charge of "The Crib."

While living in Leachville she was a dedicated member of the Leachville Church of Christ where she was active in the Sunday school department for many years; upon her move to Osceola she attended the Osceola Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Patsy Taylor McClellan; one brother, James W. "Jim" Taylor; and one nephew.

Survivors include one brother, Harold C. Taylor of Belton, Mo.; one sister, Betty Taylor Kimmel (Grover) of Bella Vista; five nieces and three nephews.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date with Howard Funeral and Cremation Service of Leachville in charge of arrangements. The family requests lasting memorials be made to Children's Homes, Inc. 5515 Walcott Rd., Paragould, AR 72450.
