William "Buddy" Albert Knight

Mr. William "Buddy" Albert Knight, 74, of Gosnell died Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at the Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. Born September 21, 1941 in Morrow, Ark. to the late Albert Knight and the late Donnie Dorene Lane Knight, he was the owner of Knights Disposal and a member of the First Christian Church.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Sue Moody Knight, and two brothers, Ed Knight and Billy Knight.

Mr. Knight leaves two sons, Timothy (Tiffany) Knight of Manila and Dwight Knight of Blytheville;

He also raised Lee Burse and Brittany Burse, both of Manila;

Seven grandchildren, William Knight, Morgan Knight, Macy Darby, Jake Darby, Cody Darby, Shane Knight and Logan Knight; and

Three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville with Bro. Tommy Carney officiating. Burial will follow at Carney Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville.
