Jimmy Gee
Jimmy Gee, 78, of Cherokee Village, died Wednesday, Jan. 7, 2015, at a local hospital.
He was born June 28, 1936, in Blytheville, to Woodrow and Ruby Reed Gee.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his step-mother, Elzene Gee; a daughter, Stacy Caviness; and a brother, Lynn Gee.
He is survived by his partner, Louise Swink of Cherokee Village;
One son, Chris Gee and wife Tammy of Blytheville;
One daughter, Jaime Gee of Jonesboro;
One son-in-law, Curty Caviness;
Four sisters, Betty Lemon of Blytheville, Sherry Hanner of Osceola, Billie Sue Evans of Antioch, California, and Millie Sturgeons of Olive Branch, Mississippi;
One sister-in-law, Kathy Gee of Little Rock; and
Eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Tri-County Funeral Home in Highland, Arkansas, with burial following in Wiles Cemetery located in Ash Flat. The family will accept visitors prior to funeral services from noon-1 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Ash Flat Cemetery Fund.
