Lenora Herron

Lenora Herron, 82, of Osceola, died Saturday, Aug. 16, 2014, in Osceola. She was a homemaker.

Ms. Herron leaves eight daughters, Teresa Herron and Essie Collins of Osceola, and Bessie Ellis, Brenda Jones, Barbara Herron, Vivian Herron, Christine Herron and Mary Johnson, all of Peoria, Ill.;

Five sons, Alfred Herron Jr., CD Herron and Donald Herron, all of Peoria, and Roy Herron and Lamar Herron of Blytheville; and

49 grandchildren, 130 great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from noon-1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, at Bethlehem Church. Funeral services will begin directly following visitation. Burial will follow at Whiteside Cemetery of Osceola.
