Mr. L.C. McCullum, 59, of Joiner, died Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, in Osceola. Born March 2, 1953, in Wilson, he was owner and operator of McCullum Machine Works in Blytheville. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Frenchman's Bayou. His parents, Tyree McCullum and Ada Baker McCullum, preceded him in death.

He leaves his wife, Jaynie Edwards McCullum of Muncie, Ind.;

Seven daughters, Chavelia McCullum, Carmelita McCullum and Chala McCullum of Osceola, Eryn Young and Micah Thomas of Muncie, Ind., Evette Young of Indianapolis, Ind., and Timika Turner of Jonesboro;

Two sons, Benitez McCullum and Earnest Young of Muncie, Ind.;

Two sisters, Teresa Flie of Luxora and Elizabeth McCullum of Joiner;

A brother, Lee McCullum of Midwest City, Okla.; and

Seventeen grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with funeral services at 10 a.m. Saturday at Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Osceola. The Rev. Jimmy Johnson will officiate. Burial will follow in Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola in charge of arrangements.
